I must admit, I've given up trying to make use of Apps. They take too damn long to load!
If I want a quick peek at an image or screenshot, I want to do so immediately in Photo Viewer, not wait for the Photos App to load 'Pictures', OneDrive and all kinds of other destinations first.
I can open my browser, navigate to The Weather Network and check the weather faster than the Weather App can load!
Interesting bug, but I understand why. First, you must have the setting where it only shows active icons on the screen they are on. So, when you drag the titlebar from the left side, by the time you get to the drop corner, the window has moved to the other side and the icon moves to that side. The "snap" is pulling it back, and the status is not updated.
It doesn't do it on my machine though, the icon updates back to the main screen.
Some of the stuff that's loaded into Windows isn't worth the powder to blow it up with! Same with stuff you get out of the Store, although Office for Windows 10 can be found there.
When I use a program, I want to be sure that it can do everything I want it to do. If not, I find one that can . . . that's why I pretty much stay out of the Store. Come to think on it, a lot of what's in the Store used to come with Windows.
