YES!! it fixed the network shares issue using a MS account at log on.

LOL I only reported it on the insider hub about 10 hrs ago, I should have more patience.

My, that was quick. I guess we are all getting a LOT of practice in upgrading our computers lately.

During the black screen when Windows is saying its updating stuff, it probably will go blank for a while due to uploading new graphics drivers.

Cortana: make sure that the mic you wan to us is the default one. She changed it on me this time.

I GOT the install.esd off of the $windows-...BT/Sources folder this time even after I am running on the desktop. Just like all the other builds except the last one. I will try a reboot to see if it goes away...
John, I have the install.esd in my $windows-...BT/Sources as well. I rebooted and it is still there. Of course I made a copy of it first, just in case

I followed what, how fast and when was downloading during install. After initial download of about 2.9 GB, while Preparing to install, it downloaded another half a GB and after install it updated some more. Sound drivers kicked in at about 13% of final setup (heard sound from STB) and full video drivers stated up at a bit more than 50% (resolution changed). NIC drivers never stopped working so they must be in initial bunch of files.
Speaking of drivers, not a single one is missing and everything works like it should (and I do have some weird and ancient HW).

Has the Lord High of Lacanshire procured the essence of grape? Been out now in our humble US for a few hours. Looks good. Me smells a decent brew on the 29!

They will probably get around to it once they have released it to the important countries
It's all ex-Mayor Rob Ford's fault. We're not important anymore.

I think we don't have a beta store any longer. I think the blue tile is the 'store' and the green one that does nothing is a vestige they haven't yet removed???
    I'm thinking that too.

Can't locate Install.esd file in normal location

    Hi Guys,

I'm trying to create my own personal ISO of 10162, but I have searched through the normal location (C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources) and I can't seem to locate the install.esd file.

I will mention that I haven't yet done the upgrade process and I'm currently on 10159.

    Any thoughts?

PS: Attached is what my C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources folder looks like right now.

Got my install.esd turned into 10162 ISO and stored away for when I decide to clean install on this desktop. That is, if Microsoft will give me some time! :)

Seems like all I've been doing for the past few days is installing Windows 10 and fixing the mess it made of Office 365!
