    Why don't you download the ISO and do a clean install?

    If you are on a previous build earlier than 10162, you can upgrade to 10166 directly. If not make sure your MSA is registered to the Insider preview, download an ISO of 10166 and burn to a bootable media then install with you MSA account. That's done!

    Thanks for the help, i saw i didn't check my microsoft account, now i'm downloading the update from windows update and it is working fine. If there will be some error do you say me that i should have to install again windows 10?

    Upgrade from previous build always have some potential errors unable to fix easily. If the errors not likely to be fixed, you always have a choice to reinstall clean. Most of the times, many errors walk away.

    If you upgrade from Windows Update, you should have the latest build 10166. Go check more information here: Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10166
