It sure does and that's why I turned it off, Now things work just fine.
I tried my best to give UUP a chance. I think this is going to be my last try until they get it working. I wonder if they did anything to Edge so it doesn't insert asterisks.
If I did the ESD route I would be using Build 15025 by now. I know UUP is new but these very slow downloads and installs is getting ridiculous. Plus the fact that for some it doesn't even work.

Just a thought.. you could delete the C:\$Windows.~BT folder and then disable the UUP, restart and it might get things going. I did that a few builds ago and it worked to speed things up a bit.
It's not reached me yet so it will have to wait until tomorrow.
