I tried my best to give UUP a chance. I think this is going to be my last try until they get it working. I wonder if they did anything to Edge so it doesn't insert asterisks.

If I did the ESD route I would be using Build 15025 by now. I know UUP is new but these very slow downloads and installs is getting ridiculous. Plus the fact that for some it doesn't even work.
Yup. I'm sitting at Downloading 0% right now. I really don't have time to sit at the computer anyway, so I'll leave it be for now.

I'm not sure at which stage to turn off UUP, since the process has already started.

I'm wondering if a restart would help. I'll give it some more time and see what happens.

Before you check for updates Wynona.

It's not reached me yet so it will have to wait until tomorrow.

Just a thought.. you could delete the C:\$Windows.~BT folder and then disable the UUP, restart and it might get things going. I did that a few builds ago and it worked to speed things up a bit.

OK, so I'll leave it alone for now, Keith. Thanks. Me and my faulty memory . . . or is it that I just start getting excited and poke buttons when a new Build is imminent?
