After Initializing for over an hour, did a restart on computer, set UUP off again checked for updates, I am up to date. Will wait until tomorrow, as it seems to work on the second day???

well another 3hr wait stil initialising, good thing in not desperate

Download to desktop - 33 minutes. I set UUP off as soon as it was announced, then clicked Check for Updates.

Only thing I've found so far is the Night lite (Bluelight reduction) Action Center tile seems to have died. Can still set it in Settings and it works. Have fed to Feedback.

Very similar experience. Including night light in Action center..

I haven't tried it yet but I have a feeling I'm going to have the same problem.

I didn't even get the files copied so I could make the ISO. I got a error about a file name being to big for the destination. What folder\files do I need to delete so I can start over?

tried the UUP on my other laptop and i did get an error while trying to make an ISO from the UUP files, weird thing is i noticed before i copy the files to make an ISO is that there was only 1 ESD file unlike the other UUP builds we got which had at least 5-7 ESD files, MS is really trying to make it hard for us to make ISOs

Yes, it has been initialising for a long time for me as well, will check in the morning.
