If the Blue background color is confusing you, then just change it and you have an enhanced Command Prompt.

And just my 1 1/2 cents worth.....in Powershell, just type cmd, enter. Command Prompt!

So far the notification panel is not populated with any text, completely blank, same as last build, transparent. After I did a reflect backup, checked the UUP register entries and WindowsUpdate =1, orchestrator = 0. I don't think this is normal is it??? UPDATE: After the 3rd manual restart, the notification panel is now back to normal.

Occasionally, the notification panel is just a blank space for me as well, even when I went there because there was a notification in the task bar icon! A little later, it just shows up as normal again. A bug in the past two Win10 builds. Not to worry, it is not just you nor do you need to do anything to "fix" it.
