M$ needs to iron out all fails with Edge in Reliability Monitor as this is it's core browser app in Windows 10.
It's the only app causing no flatline in RM.

    Update:

#WindowsInsiders: we flighted a build on Friday, we will need Mon + Tues to look at data. We will not be releasing builds on those days. <3
No Mobile builds M/T either, we are looking for a good build candidate for the bug bash which starts on Friday. #WindowsInsiders

Just a matter of default, otherwise both have been part of Windows for long time.

I was simply telling when it was officially, by default replaced. I am also a PowerShell user having replaced Command Prompt with it in WIN + X long before that.

Basically PowerShell is only an enhanced Command prompt with support for .NET and other cool features, no real need to have them both.

If the Blue background color is confusing you, then just change it and you have an enhanced Command Prompt.
