Thank you just got it and installed it and all working right
On January 25, 2017, we released the December feature update for Office 2016. To get the update immediately, open any Office 2016 app and choose File > Account > Update Options > Update Now. Once you install the update, you should be running Version 1612 (Build 7668.2066).
What's new in this release?
The following features are now available to Office 365 subscribers:
- View and restore changes in shared files: In Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, quickly view who has made changes in your shared documents, workbooks, and presentations, and easily restore earlier versions. To get started, click the Activity icon, which appears in the upper-right corner of any shared file stored on SharePoint, OneDrive for Business, or OneDrive. In the Activity pane, you can see who has edited your document recently, along with the versions they've created. Learn more about view ing earlier versions of the same shared file.
- Easily select and manipulate objects: In Excel, you can use the Surface pen when resizing, rotating, and moving handles on objects as well as us the pen button to Lasso select ink without visiting the ribbon. Learn more aboutusing the pen to move or resize objects.
- Closed captioning and multiple audio tracks: If a PowerPoint slide contains a video that has closed captions or multiple audio tracks, you can now play these tracks in your slideshow. Learn more about what's new in accessibility for PowerPoint.
- New data transformation and connectivity enhancements: In Excel, the Percentage data type is now supported, and binary combining and function authoring experiences have been enhanced.
- Accessibility built right in: In Visio, we've improved support for using your keyboard, Narrator, and other assistive technology to work with shapes, edit with others, and more.
- Visio Viewer for iPad and iPhone: You can now view Visio diagrams on iPad and iPhone in high fidelity, in the office or in the field. Download the app here.

- Fix an issue where OneDrive for Business is not disabled, even though the appropriate registry key is set to disable it, when Office is configured to receive updates from a location other than the Office Content Delivery Network (CDN).

- Fix an issue where OneNote crashes when printing an image larger than the page.
Outlook: Non-security updates
This channel release contains the following non-security updates:
- Fix an issue where, when right-clicking on an attachment in the list of attachments for a conversation, all context menu items are visible, instead of just the applicable menu items.

- Locked field: Set the value to Yes to prevent team members from submitting updates on a task.
Project: Non-security updates

- Fix an issue where Project crashes when switching out of a grid-based view and Narrator is on.
- Fix an issue where an incorrect error message is shown about timephased data truncation when opening an XML file.
- Fix an issue where saving a baseline doesn't correctly set timephased values.
- Fix an issue where assignment delay is ignored when project data is read from an XML file.
- Fix an issue where, when opening a file from Project Online, the Last Modified date shows the UTC time instead of the time zone adjusted time.
- Fix an issue where grouping color bands don't appear for non-grouping rows when printing a sheet view.
- Fix an issue where a repair option is incorrectly shown when the user inspects a task which has an assignment beyond max unit issue.
- Fix an issue where the value of an Outline Code field can't be changed after the project is published.
Skype for Business: Non-security updates
This channel release contains the following non-security updates:
- Fix an issue where the last conversation window goes blank once all the other tabs are closed.
- Fix an issue where the default focus isn't in the chat input area when tabbed conversations are disabled.
- Fix an issue where the "Forgot your dial-in PIN?" link doesn't appear in the meeting invite.
- Fix an issue where some text is clipped and truncated on the General and Audio device pages when using high DPI screens at 175% display or higher.
- Fix an issue where Skype for Business crashes when the computer is suspended or resumed when there is no network and the computer is an "always on, always connected (AOAC)" computer.
- Fix an issue where no microphone is detected in a call when using a Polycom CX100 device.
- Fix an issue where choosing a link such as \\servername or file:// in an IM message results in an error message instead of opening the location.
- Fix an issue, in a Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environment that uses location-based routing, where the user can't make or receive PSTN calls because the server thinks the location of the user isn't valid for PSTN calls.
- Change the subject line of the email sent for a missed message, when the user's status is set to Do Not Disturb or Presenting, from "Missed conversation with <name>" to "<Name> sent you a message in Skype for Business."
- Start capturing the timestamp for the first time sign-in on the device as part of census data to help identify sign-in reliability trends.
Visio: Feature updates
This channel release contains the following feature updates:
- Control file and image sync: Go to File > Options > Sync to control whether all files and images are automatically downloaded for all pages in notebooks.
- Accessibility improvements: Improved support for using the keyboard, Narrator, and other assistive technology to work with shapes, edit with others, and more.

Office 2016 and Office 365 January Insider Slow update build 7766.2039
Looks like office updated tonight for those on the current build. Typically I turned off and forgot to note the new version number so cannot remember if it matches Joanne's. But it's worth users doing an update check as they are now available

I am wondering if this is because I now am using the latest update
