Hello from me again, and from my build --> 10130, installed like an hour ago. Since then I am constantly checking for updates, I am in the Fast Ring, and logged in with my Insider Account, verified. Build 10159 does not appear on my updates no-matter-what. I've stopped the Windows Update service and restarted it, and I've reset my router, too. No good.

IF anyone would be kind enough to PM me the link to a trusted ISO, I would appreciate it!

    Thank you.
I'm not sure I trust any of the links, but I did a search and found bunches of 'em. Picked one that sounded reputable and started downloading. I was about 2% along when I checked my Updates - there was 10159 all of a sudden! I decided to go with the official upgrade. Update says it's at 0% after quite some time, but the light on my modem is cranking like crazy, so I'm pretty sure it's coming in. We'll see - if it doesn't work out, there's always the iso-from-the-web route.

Another reason I want to go with the official upgrade - I'm all out of DVD's! I have a nominal 4 GB USB key, but it's not quite big enough to hold these isos - giga's and gibi's, ya know.

wherever you got it from it's all official as long as it's the same official build number. But yeah, you just have to be very careful out there. Good to know you got it going. I stopped mine. I have 10158 and 10159 installed separately both from downloaded ISO and ESD.

I would love to go the official way myself but whenever I check it says "Your device is up to date"
After finishing with the installation of 10130 I checked for updates and it got quite a few! During the time it was checking or even installing, I switched accounts, and from the local I went on my Microsoft one. I don't know IF this "broke" it! The process took some time because I needed to verify the accounts - even though until this morning I was running the 10159 build without any such worries. What made me retry everything from the beginning is that checkdisk and DISM were giving me errors. So I thought to install everything fresh.

Anyway, now I'm downloading an ISO from MEGA and we will see...

    Hey Joan, @Joan Archer

You can "Pin to taskbar" Internet Explorer from Start menu -> All apps -> Windows Accessories. :)

IE is definitely still there in 10159, not obvious under 'all apps' but can be found with a search.
Thanks boys I'll sort it out tomorrow but thanks for letting me know it's still there. With Edge I can't have my RoboForm toolbar and that's important to me which is one of the things I like about IE.
Thanks again Shawn and muranb. :)

I couldn't get 10159 to download until after I verified my account which I hadn't done yet after clean installing 10158.

    Hi there
    All working and correct

The trick is if you want to keep using a local account is to do the update from EARLIER builds than the last Two. Also gets round the Insider nerror nag problem that occurs with build 10158 when you try and upgrade to build 10159.

I'll get round to an Ms account later -- Be careful though when NAMING the accounts or you'll have problems switching between the two.

    Cheers
