    Task manager > Services, search there for Windows Update and restart the service.
    Then go to settings > Update and security > Windows update and press retry.

    Was stuck at 0% like others. Rebooted > flashed an error and then began downloading - now at 22%.

    Edit: Did complete successfully - posting this from 10159. Overall, it took about 1.5 hours

    You could set time and date to manual and then slow time down.

    Are you downloading en-gb 64-bit by any chance? Just to give me some comfort it actually exists!
