Open Windows Registry Editor and navigate to the following key:

    HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Themes\Personalize

in the right pane, right click create select New►DWORD (32 bit) Value and Name it AppsUseLightTheme then set it's value to 0
Close the Registry; the changes take effect immediately.
Gonna do a video for that?

    Perhaps.
Working on one now, "ESD to ISO", but the editing is exhausting, breaking down 45 minutes of footage to a 3-5 minute tutorial!

Task manager > Services, search there for Windows Update and restart the service.
Then go to settings > Update and security > Windows update and press retry.

This worked for me as well. Oddly it went almost directly to 63% and slowly downloaded from there. Once it finished it started over slowly downloading to 100%. So I wonder if it was partially downloaded while stating 0% and found the update to be corrupt and started over. All in all, it took 30 minutes max, nice compared to yesterday's update.

Nice! Is it simply an on or off switch or does it have more options? Maybe I will give it a try.

I'm having the same issue...all 10130 updates are installed...Product Key entered...set to Fast Ring....nothing for the past few hours. What are we doing wrong? Do they have this update on a rolling distribution?
