    From release notes:

Under Settings > Update & security > Windows Update you might see the text “Some Settings are managed by your organization” even though your PC isn’t being managed by an organization. This is a bug caused by an updated flight configuration setting for Insider Preview builds and does not mean your PC is being managed by anyone.
    Thanks for your feedback!

BUT I have the same settings message in my Windows 10 Pro 14393.576 on my workflow SSD and/or in a VM. Do you think it's also related to a bug in my non-IP release?

No idea. I don't have that on my 14393. Sorry.

Well,, finally got it up and going. SO far not any issues and this seems to*be a decent build, YMMV.

Not what I was getting at, Berton. Under Colors in Personalization, click High Contrast, then just click back button top left, you get that result.

Yeah! We all have the same bug!

Kill the settings and go back in to fix.

The above screenshot is taken in a VB VM. This instance is interesting because so far I haven't been able to activate it (yes I have tried the troubleshooter). I'm still on the Insider Program Fast Ring (else how could I get the build). But I can't personalize. Winver above show no expiration date - can I keep forever trying to activate. I have 2 valid Windows 8/8.1 key. There are many things, some posted here etc I'm definitely not spending a hundred or more bucks to buy a key.

The VMware VM is activated and looks better than VB.
