BSA is slightly another story; I reported myself using the Report Piracy form on their page, a bit complicated process as the form is only meant to report companies. I also emailed them.

I know BSA per se is not interested in me but I thought there might be a small, tiny chance for them to forward this matter to someone at Microsoft, a founding member of BSA.

If I get no reply to my email within a week or two, I start harassing them on phone, reporting myself again.

Let me ask again, does anybody with Lumia phone and 15014 have problems downloading APPs from the store ???

I've just tried to download the*Ookla Speedtest to my 950XL..
the store said "Working" - but then nothing happened..

Same thing here. Any APP, even "Owned" but not installed due to reset.

With me you have to always remember I am not a native English speaker, it's my fourth language. I often miss full context and nuances, which is just a fact, not an excuse. I thought you were telling "Brink already posted that".
