Actually, my brothers "coined a phrase" in a play they put on when we were school kids.
One brother has a rope around the other brother's neck, leading him across the stage.
Brother with the rope on his neck, cries, "Wa-a-a-ter, Wa-a-a-ter, Wa-a-a-ter.
Brother leading him says, "Patience, Jackass, Patience.
This was poetic license back in the 1940s when those kinds of things weren't said in polite society, much less by kids.
