This is what I have discovered in a very short period of time.
As another user has just stated, all those apps or Windows features are working in build 10158. At least they are for me after a clean install (yeah, I couldn't upgrade from build 10130 through Windows Update last night either) Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10158 for PCs

I don't have a clue, LittleJay. Not even a smidgen of a clue.

And now a second laptop is sitting at 99% downloaded for a couple of hours now.

and for those who are having problems with your new build update, it seems that those are lingering problems from the last build. because i have now updated four different computers, all coming from different situations, and all of them are working flawlessly, without most of the problems i am reading reported here. so it's not the new build. it doesn't magically work for one and not another, unless there was something wrong with the other's previous build. one last note, each of the computers i updated, were on the 10147 leak before i updated them. so maybe the fact that 10147 had better settings than 10130 was a key to having a smooth, problem free upgrade. hope this helps at least some of you.
What about us that have installed from an ISO to 10158 (thanks for helping do that last night, btw)? Although everything at the moment seems to be working, WU still shows updates failing (see my previous post on page 30), while they actual installed correctly.

Anyone know what the latest Windows Defender definition is? My last update of WD was early this morning (supposedly the only successful update, aka lies!), while with every other build I got WD definitions several times a day.

Wonder if it has anything to do with the traffic on their servers? When I did the upgrade it had just come out and maybe there wasn't as many people downloading it. Hopefully the process will be much less "painful" when RTM comes out July 29th.

Did an upgrade from 10130. Running Win 10 Pro on a desktop. Biggest issue is that it did not bring Norton Security forward. Had to do a complete reinstall of Norton. This is the 1st time I have had to do it. Not a big deal to me but would be an issue if the RTM upgrade from 7 or 8 has the same issue. Millions of Norton users who are not "expert" may no know what to do or not even know that they no longer have Norton.

I read that the RTM will capture your AV info (if your subscription is current), uninstall your AV, do the upgrade to RTM, and then reinstall your AV. If you do not have a current subscription, it will simply default you to Defender.
