I wonder if this newest Build will be available to both the fast ring and the slow ring. 10130 has a few to many bugs that are really starting to annoy me.
Fast Ring will be first. If you want to upgrade ASAP, go Fast Ring. MS is configuring for stability until the 29th, so Fast Ring is probably the safest it could be right now (until post launch).

We've been waiting too long for a new build. Time to push the button, Gabe.

10130 has been ridiculously buggy and I would love to see a release that has all the modules/components that are included with Windows 10 actually working! I would like to hear Cortana talking to me again, also. I have retreated back to Windows 8.1.1 and am using it for the most part. I cannot rely on the inconsistent behavior of current build, which I have reinstalled (clean) twice.

It depends - remember 10074 went to both Fast and Slow at the same time, and it had a bit of a launch to go with the Build conference.

It would be nice if they did the same this week (ideally today) with the next build - perhaps calling it a 'Release Candidate' if they still use that term for OS releases.

Yeah, I've thinking about switching over to the fast. The newest Build can't be any worse than 10130!!

10151 probably already abandoned, I think it's gonna be 10156.
That's what I'd be betting on too, if not an even newer build. I seriously doubt it will be 10151.

I have tried 10130 doing both an upgrade from 10074 and then a clean install. Both installs have been buggy for me. Fortunately I have Windows 8.1 on a separate disk, so when I need to get some work done I can boot that up. At this point I will continue testing new Builds through the Insiders Program, even after RTM, until I feel upgrading over my W8.1 install is worth it.

The ESD for the new build has been spotted so there is a good chance the new build will be dropped this week some time. I suspect between tomorrow and Thursday.. even Friday.
