I wonder about all these "leaked" versions. With the RTM only a month away I would suspect the RTM version is already in the hands of Dell, HP, etc and they are working on disc images for their products. With this in mind I don't expect to get another "official" Preview release.

All the information I've seen is that the set date of 29th July is a combined RTM and release

These days the old delay factor that meant that an RTM date was needed weeks ahead of the release does not not apply, the release code will be forwarded to the OEM's who will write it into their master install images and the OS will be live. I can't see this distribution method taking more that a day or two

It does that in 10147 as well, maybe even 10135.. I don't recall for sure, but I know it was in 10147.
You are correct! I must have missed that.

I tried using the Win Toolkit to add the language pack to the ISO image but just like installing it, instead of the yellow triangle, I am getting an "X" mark. So, I think I agree with some people who said that language packs are not generic and can cannot be used for other builds. The language pack that we have is for build 10154.

I could have sworn Windows Photo Viewer worked at first with Local Account, now it doesn't with MS Account!
    Didn't get a screenshot either!

it looks you can't change the display language in this leaked Chinese version.
Better wait for a new build from MS.

Unless you want to use your 'Scan-N-Translate' app on your mobile device til your arms fall off!
10151 is actually pretty good for a leak.
I even got Cortana yappin away in Chinese! Don't ask me how I did it though! :)
