After a reset to a fresh install of Build 15002 I get the following*when I go to settings Windows Insider Program. If somebody can tell me what's happening here it would be great. BTW clicking Take Control does nothing!

No, it's NOT, I'm monitoring internet and download is miserable and patchy. Sitting at 0 while my phone (Lumia 640) is downloading like crazy and from same router as PC. Looks like its' checking what to update thru UUP first because Service Host delivery is turning on and off like crazy. Should have turned UUP off. Even $Bt... folder is not created yet.

I don't think I'll be able to get build 15007 at all. Looks to me*I'm stuck at the slow ring. Never saw these screens before. Has anybody else? Again this was a clean reset of build 15002.

Lumia downloaded and just restarting, PC not a byte closer to download. Gonna kill UUP and see what happens.

If the "stuck at 100%" bugs anyone, see if you have Updates from more than one place turned on, and turn it off.
After I did that, the download bar worked normally, where as when it was turned on, it went to 100% and was still downloading in the background.

I'm guessing, it get's it's 100% when it starts the download from Microsoft's servers, but while it's downloading from other "connected" PC's it just doesn't correctly show the files download percentage, because it downloads in bits & pieces from different PCs all around the world.

Also I think it takes longer because it might start downloading a "piece" from one PC, the user gets frustrated and reboots, disconnecting the download by rebooting or somehow stopping it, or runs Update Cleanup, deleting the needed pieces, so WU needs to find another connection. Just download from Microsoft's servers, and it will work as it should.
They didn't think this one out I believe.

Cool is the Themes section in Settings.
It shows thumbnails(with what is included, such as sound, cursor and so on) of the themes I have created, and installed in my Insider VM:
