Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 15007 for PC and Mobile Insider

I don't think this UUP stuff is any better than install.esd. In fact, I think it's much worse!
I agree. This new UUP takes longer to download and install. I'm stuck at 100%.

Mine still not moving off 0%, even after rebooting a couple of times.
-
I got this to install on one computer. Going to hold off on the others

I got to be honest and say I'm one of the fortunate ones that has relatively few issues installing updates/new builds. On mobile it is an absolute breeze so far. On PC the only issue is on a clean install where there is no time to load specific drivers before apps and features and whatever else start trying to update/install only to fail. For me this is not UUP but more to do with default download/update limitations that have been imposed... surely 60-120mins grace is not too much to ask to get your house in order first is it?

Getting it now on 1 machine, will fire up the other shortly.
Both IP computers failed.

had the same issue, went to Services>Windows Update>Startup Type>Disabled, then restarted the PC, checked back and 2mins later it was downloading

Same here. Been downloading for over 2 hours- started right after announced. Both computers still sitting one at 99% one at 100%. This download already sucks. Never mind what 'advances' it might have.

I was stuck at 100% and in Task Manager my WiFi was staying at 0. I decided to do a restart. Now I'm at 18%. Is MS deliberately trying to tick us off or does the UUP just suck. Please MS fix this or go back to the ESD.
