    Saw build flight go to 100% download and then it sat for 20-25 minutes, download then went back to 50% and moved to 99% within a couple of minutes, then it sat for 5 minutes. Proceeded to prepare for installation in quick order and then another 30 minutes to complete install. Opened Edge for the first time in new build and it immediately had to recover the first page. Had enough for the night, exploration tomorrow.

    Installed fine on 950xl with 14988 installed. Iris setup is still busted, though language pack issue appears solved.

    I don't think this UUP stuff is any better than install.esd. In fact, I think it's much worse!
