"Miracast sessions will fail to connect". That's a deal breaker for me, I need Miracast to be able to use three displays on a laptop. This is third build since October 1^st 2014 I have to skip, two previous ones were because of missing language packs.

Will of course upgrade virtual machines.

We will see how long the situation in the screenshot lasts. I turned off AV.

Yup.. a restart helped.

1 hour at downloading 0%. Delivery Optimization Service churning at 14% cpu for an hour.

It just jumped up to 50+ but has been there before and then goes back down to 25 or so.
