Killed UUP and still 0% download, nothing coming down the line. Lumia already finished and working OK.

If the "stuck at 100%" bugs anyone, see if you have Updates from more than one place turned on, and turn it off.
Yes, exactly what I did. Download straight from the MS servers, it's much quicker and no dependenties of other PC's.

Anybody knows about any (maybe) risk issues to be downloading from other PC's on the internet?

Thank you very much for redirecting me to the safety info listed below.

As I have a Fiber 500 Mbit/s connection, I don't really need this option at all then. The LAN option is of course a great way to distribute the update among PC's in a LARGE network. I have only 2! :)

What security measures are used in Delivery Optimization?

Delivery Optimization uses the same security measures as Windows Update and the Windows Store.

Windows Update uses information obtained securely from Microsoft to validate the authenticity of files downloaded to your PC. Delivery Optimization also checks the authenticity of each part of an update or app that it downloads from other PCs before installing it.

Saw build flight go to 100% download and then it sat for 20-25 minutes, download then went back to 50% and moved to 99% within a couple of minutes, then it sat for 5 minutes. Proceeded to prepare for installation in quick order and then another 30 minutes to complete install. Opened Edge for the first time in new build and it immediately had to recover the first page. Had enough for the night, exploration tomorrow.
Well after the tedious install, this morning I booted up and on the first sign-in attempt to my Microsoft user account the wheel of fortune just spun around and would not open, after ten minutes I pushed the power button and rebooted. The second attempt hung*on the sign in screen for a minute then opened the account. Looks like Microsoft is trying to get their money's worth out of Insiders. Oh, yeah, went to open Edge and only a portion of the home page*loaded, had to re-open Edge, okay second try.

Edit: Oh, Edge is stilling spitting out little stars when typing in forums.
