    Personally, what I remember reading first time I got it was that it might get developed, or not, or some of its features might pass on the official version of Opera. Anyway, for me, it's fun using it (for a couple of hours, daily)

    Even speculative side projects use costed resource. I guess a robust commercial case hasn't proved successful...yet?

    Until some one reports something terrible about it, I don't see why not!
    Opera co-founder, and Vivaldi CEO, Jon Stephenson, reported it as "sad... but, it's just a money issue..."
    Vivaldi is a bit more 'feature rich' however, there's tons of choices out there.
