    Hi,

On one of my systems WU installed KB3214628 which brought the winver up to .693.

Let's see what it will feed the other machines.

    Cheers,

EDIT: My bad, that KB is for Flash Player.

Anyone else get a strange memory dialogue box from explorer.exe as soon as you clicked on Restart now when the updates ready to install? Had no issues but just curious

Nothing out of the ordinary here. That on a 12 year old Dell box. Not bad at all.

In a straight race the slower x86 PC beat the faster x64 machine hands down, but then it only had to download 177MB as opposed to ~450MB for the x64 (according to Task Manager's 'Network details'). Both waited an unusually long time (5-10 minutes) at the blue 'Preparing to configure windows' screen with the circling dots, but then raced through to 30% and the reboot (why is it always at 30%?) then equally as fast up to 100%.

Disk Cleanup showed 1.91GB (x86) and the now familiar 3.99TB (x64) for 'Windows Update Clean-up' - they've both been 'cleaning up' for the past half hour (and still going). Other than that, everything seems to be working normally.

Got something strange, my file explorer would not show the drives, all my files had the folded-paper-thingy-icon so I could not see what what was. But after a reboot everything was again in working order how it should be. Still... strange...

64-bit downloaded in 7 min, installed in 3 min, restarted in 5 min, disk cleanup performed in 24 min.
