Anyone have trouble with their dual boot setup? My bios kept defaulting to my DVD drive and refused to boot. I could boot into my Insider build if I manually selected my SSD as the boot drive. Trying to boot manually into my OEM HDD was hit and miss. I fixed it by restoring my HDD with a Macrium image. Next build I'm going to disconnect my HDD before downloading the new build.
No trouble here. 5, including the Macrium PE.

I don't have any backups because I do not believe in backups. It's forward or nothing.
Some people have backups of their backups (on the cloud).
One main benefit of backup is "time".
It will take around a day (deep scan) to recover data from corrupted hdd while it only takes minutes to copy from backups.
It will take from an hour up to an entire day reinstalling windows but only 15mins or so with an image backup like nothing happened.

Dual booting has always been a PITA. I manually select boot drive from start up instead of normal dual boot and I never had issues. Also, my main W10 OS is on GPT drive and the Insider on MBR which seems to help in preventing boot up issues.

Your workflow PC or just the IP's, or both?

Well it looks like I've got it working in VirtualBox. Removing all trace of 3D acceleration seems to have done the trick. Still stuck on 1024x768 but at least it's progress. Now to do an image. Hope MR is OK.

In a similar vein have never done exterior backups*or made ISO,s on any of the W10 Insider*iterations (must be well over 50)
I set up System Restore immediately on installation....then remove the last flight...that's it.....Have never had to reinstall
Perhaps because use only for the benefit of M$....have three other computers if I wish to experiment with the O/S all Build 1607.
Most of the problems are caused according to posts on this forum include clean install, iso, directory changes, AVs, vm,s, backups not working etc.....some perhaps due to clashing with previous flights.
So I am enjoying my nothing....well not quite.....have system restore.

Found a way to create ISO from UUP upgrade files, thanks to a tip from @SIW2. It looks that ESD to ISO era is gone although it might work for some users in rare cases, but I myself see that as a method from the past; why go there when a download half the size of ESD download gives the same result, a fully working genuine Windows 10 ISO image.

Am working with an automated tool (launch, select a folder, ISO will be created) at the moment, tutorial including the tool will be posted later today :)

For me everything*is going good, after clean-installing 14986 on its dedicated SSD, and upgrading from there.

The issue I was having on 14986, with the HUGE Device Manager (and all the other) windows, at the 125% custom scaling level I always use on both my monitors, has*been resolved, as can be seen in the screenshot, and I am very happy about*this! Everything is crisp and crystal clear again! :)

I am also starting to like the Photos App! I can easily Crop and Edit and Rotate a screenshot now so I think I will stop using the old Paint. It's the first time I use*it, I don't know if this was possible in the previous builds (talking about the Photo App).

    Nice build :)

PS: I am typing this from Edge, I don't know who puts these asterisks in my post, I am not doing this.

Finally installed via flight upgrade through WU--after turning off UUP in the registry...! With UUP enabled I could not even install from an esd-made ISO...! Sailed right through the first attempt with UUP tuned off.
