After much soul searching, I have decided a use for my old computer. It will be my insider messing about machine. Since I work from home, I can't really be doing that on the main machine.

same here, tried restarting windows update services same thing happens, not sure what's causing it
are you running 14997?

I was similarly stuck at 99%, did a restart of the computer, and now stuck at 98%.. I am build 14986...
