    I'll update both!
Ha! I will as well. Win 7 has all of the programs that I use that are not on the TP. Maybe by then I will figure out how to dual boot.

I thought the picture on this same topic on winbeta was appropriate

As long as you are running an Insider Preview build and connected with the MSA you used to register, you will receive the Windows 10 final release build. Once you have successfully installed this build, you will also be able to clean install on that PC from final media if you want to start over fresh. It’s important to note that only people running Genuine Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 can upgrade to Windows 10 as part of the free upgrade offer.*
I think that they are referring to the free upgrade path from Windows XX and not the update from the TP.

I wish there was a way to contact Microsoft legal department they made it more confusing.

This my interpretation of the change only. I see it as this.
Insiders will get the RTM as normal and will be activated but have to keep testing it and will be able to do a clean install and it will be activated. Once insiders stop testing and leave the previous insider will have to provide a key from windows 7 or 8.1. to keep using 10

Yes this is what I meant, but if you drop the TP , users will NOT be force to upgrade.

Too much information often leads to mis-information. Lets just wait and see what happens!

I copied and pasted the original document and have marked the changes. I have also snipped out paragraphs for your comfort in reading. You don't want to, or need to see what hasn't changed from the original document to the current one. If you want to check out the current document, it's here: Upcoming changes to Windows 10 Insider Preview builds

Upcoming changes to Windows 10 Insider Preview builds

    June 19, 2015 by Gabe Aul66

Hi everyone, were hard at work on the next builds that well send out to you for PC and Mobile. I dont have an update on timing for that quite yet, but I do have some important changes to tell you about that are coming with the next PC build as we get ready for July 29th.

The following paragraph is the only one that has changed. Phrases marked in red and bolded were in the original document, but have now been removed. The sentence marked in blue has been added to the document.

Getting the final release on July 29th

Windows Insiders running the Windows 10 Insider Preview (Home and Pro editions) with their registered MSA connected to their PC will receive the final release build of Windows 10 starting on July 29th. This will come as just another flight. Ive gotten a lot of questions from Windows Insiders about how this will work if they clean installed from ISO. As long as you are running an Insider Preview build and connected with the MSA you used to register, you will receive the Windows 10 final release build {and remain activated}. Once you have successfully installed this build {and activated}, you will also be able to clean install on that PC from final media if you want to start over fresh. [Its important to note that only people running Genuine Windows 7 or Windows 8.1 can upgrade to Windows 10 as part of the free upgrade offer.*]

The following paragraph remains unchanged from the original to the current document. The sentence marked in purple remains unchanged in both documents.

Stay with us as a Windows Insider

As weve announced before, the Windows Insider Program will continue even after we release Windows 10 on July 29th. Windows Insiders will continue to receive future flights as we begin to work on the next release immediately after Windows 10 ships. Youll get to see the latest Windows fixes, features, and updates and give us feedback. So stay with us! Of course, well provide you an option to leave the program and stay on the final build if you choose: but we hope that well continue to provide you great reasons to remain a Windows Insider.

I am about ready to give up on 10 all together free or otherwise because Microsoft can't make up its mind. I wonder if Newegg & Amazon complained. They would lose a lot of money.

If worse comes to worse I'll upgrade my Windows 8 computers to windows 10. If I still have the option I'll dual boot into a Windows 10 preview to keep testing.

Don't let it bother you.. all you have to do is go from win7/win8.1 to Win10.. just like I plan on doing. Cut's down on the confusion and frustration,
