I did actually, and I'm already on a Microsoft account. Strange part is that it already says "You're all set to get builds and stuff" with "Stop Insider Builds" underneath it, indicating I should have no problems. But whenever I manually check for updates, that prompt I mentioned earlier pops up in Action Center. And I'm also unable to change to getting Fast builds. Not a huge problem maybe, but worth sharing.
