Although the video switched rapidly between apps, I heard mentioned "Edit Favourites"
Hopefully this referred to Edge, as this is my one big bugbear regarding W10.
Not everyone wants Favourites in alphabetical order, much preferring their own choice setup, especially if you have a lot of them.

Uh...I'm not sure exactly why, but after adding the "AppsUseLightTheme" registry key, I'm now able to access the personalization options.

I can verify that you can rearrange the order of favorites in the favorites bar. I don't know if it will survive a reboot or not, but works for me.
