I know two accounts would work but wouldn't that defeat the ability to sync? I would think MS would allow one to have a main install for everyday use and a test install to continue testing.
I use same MS account since XP and always had two Windows (older and newer one) at same time in dual without problems except there was no much syncing back than. MS said that they will be continuing to run insiders ring so I don't see why I wouldn't be allowed to run normal (or updated from 7 or 8.1) and insiders version at same time, specially if insider version remains free.
Post 384 is just you telling me I wasn't "up to date".
Your arguments make no sense. How exactly could 384 say "you knew that" when you were claiming to correct me in 384, and yet here I am posting directly from the message you were trying to correct, and you saying "I knew that".
You're just going around in circles. Whatever, i'm done arguing with you.
Do windows lose their position on the desktop each time you close them in this build?
Still no new build. They must be really working hard on RTM. I just want a new build that fixes up some bugs in 10130 like shutdown.
no, it doesn't defeat the ability to sync, because you can sync to either account. it just gives you more choices. which ever system works the best for you, or is the more stable, you can use to sync other devices. think outside the box, the choices are in infinitude.
yes, they have released two phone builds in the time since pc version 10147 went into their gsm test ring. almost every other build has only spent two or three days in their test ring. so you've got to wonder what's going on with this one.

you said you wanted one os to be your base stable os, that is NOT in the insider test ring anymore. so that is the account you sync. then the other msa is what you use to run the insider test os. no need to sync that account as you will only be testing the new stuff. but to answer your question, there will be a one drive for each account. you use the msa of that account to access one drive info. so you can run two completely different systems using both of them or choose to sync other devices only to your base, non insider account. it's up to you. you can decide what you put on any one drive account. what i have done is setup six partitions on three different ssd's on my system. i put most of my important data on a non-os partition, so that i can access it easily from within either os. my one drive accounts, which i have to admit i use very little, can be loaded with whatever i decide to put in them.
