Yeah, we've all been getting it. It's consistent. Whole bunch of posts on it.

Photos app started acting funny a couple of days ago. It would just show the upper left corner of any picture I opened. Now it just closes itself immediately upon opening a picture. Odd.

    Thanks for your help, Wynona.

The original installation of 14986 was bare on a formatted hard drive (nothing else on the entire drive) from the ISO. I will keep exploring and report anything signficant. My concern is I am infected with spyware, malware, etc, though a scan is negative.
Wow. If you're infected, it had to happen after the clean installation. Couldn't happen before because I used Kari's ISO to do a clean install and everything is OK.

I'm using it right now and no problems other than the norm.

There is a workaround. Just create your gmail account manually. Add account advanced setup

Strange, Settings app works perfectly with every other action, but selecting Accounts, Settings simply closes. I have no way to use Settings to manage users.

Everything else can luckily be done from elevated Command Prompt, but I would need to switch one local user to Microsoft account, which can only be done Settings as far as I know.

I think it's time for a repair install.

It's probably best build up to now for me.
Just One Drive "Can't display folder" message. Also just this morning, Update had a message that there is a problem with insider program. "Fix Me" button asked for account password and that fixed it.
Syncing with Lumia 640 also has some problems. People APP is not syncing. Not sure if it's because of different insider builds in phone and computer(s).
Newest drivers for AMD/ATI GPU also don't play well with this build, at 150% scaling boxes of windows being moved don't show up at the place cursor is but somewhere far away from it. Also, the setting to display window contents while dragging it is not working, there's still just a box instead, that started happening few builds ago so not related to drivers and this build. Small but annoying quirks.

I think your right about being repair install time. I just tried and I can access Accounts on my computer. Now that it's 2017 I wonder when the next build will be released. :)
