I just started the stopwatch. I'll let you know if it works on my computer.
How was it? After 00:59:59:99, did it reset or got to 01:00:00:00?

Create your shortcut to run as admin like normal, then place it in either:

    C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
(Will also place a shortcut in all apps column)

    or in

    C:\Users\Your User Name\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
    (Just creates a tile)
    I really am going senile.
Thanks for reminding me of the procedure.

I tried it Kari and mine does just like yours--does not register hours! Build 14986-1001.

Sorry, I got side tracked. I have the same problem with the stopwatch.

OK, thanks geeks. Good to know it's not just me. Not a big deal, it's not often I need to stopwatch for something lasting over an hour :)

I just saw a post in the feedback hub that says it a display problem and that it works in full screen. I doubt it but I'm going to try it again. I did do some upvotes.

Alarms & Clock, especially Stopwatch is most certainly one of those apps I would never run full screen!

I totally agree. It did work though.

I did a clean install with 14986 but have a Google Chrome registry key in HKCU which cannot be deleted. I manually removed Chrome(deleting registry keys, folders, checked for hidden folders) prior to the install.

Any ideas ? Spyware, etc ? Message when trying to delete "Cannot delete google. Error while deleting key"
