Hrm. No ESD, huh? Now what are they trying to pull?

I'm gonna take a closer look at the files. Something's gotta be somewhere....

Busy all day, so I just saw this. Attempting a grab on my Enterprise desktop, and trying to reboot the Dell Tablet to follow suit ASAP. Not available to the Enterprise install; still waiting on the Dell Venue Pro 11 to finish rebooting ... had to force a cold reboot ... running sfc /scannow ... powershell came up instead of cmd.exe when I went into the winkey-X menu, so maybe it's already updated? Nope 14971 ... 14986 downloading and at 32% ... there I go!

PS Added next day: the install played hob with my drivers. Look at what Windows Update ended up having to install after the upgrade:

I also had to reinstall my WiFi driver manually (but this has happened with many previous Win10 IP upgrades, so I keep it handy on my SDXC card/drive). Sigh.

Noon (Central, -06:00 UCT) just got into the process on Enterprise, for which the update is now available. Hung at 0% download in Settings (UpdateOrchestrator) so used WUMT instead. Worked like a charm: got up to 450Mbps during the download (a new personal best for MS downloads) and it got through the initial install OK. After reboot had to fire up Settings to launch the actual OS install process, then restart again to get the download processed during pre-restart spinning balls phase. Continuing thru the remaining portion now. Will add another note if driver problems also show up on this PC.

Wynona - did you have an install.esd In your resources? None on mine. Maybe this new method of download does away with that all together???

I searched everywhere, Magilla, and couldn't find it anywhere. I saw Setup, but that's all, and I wasn't sure I wanted to mess around with that.

Whoops! Build 14986 took out five of +the icons on my QuickLaunch Bar! That hasn't happened for awhile!

Edit: And now they're back! Every one of 'em! Sheesh, Microsoft!
