If you don't know what those are, then you certainly won't know what the 8" floppy is! Attachment 114111
I don't think I've ever used a computer with 8" floppies... I've only been messing with computers since the late 70's ;-)

The ones I used were in the 70s and were used in a Xerox dedicated word processor. Which was a computer, no less. The mouse was built into the keyboard and was round; he was stroked to get him to go where he was supposed to go. I don't remember much else about all that, it was so very long ago.

The last computer I custom built was a Pentium 4.

Lin, I didn't change my power options at all; never do.
Hibernate is on by default so I powercfg it off.

He he, my comp has a reset button!! But you have a problem if you have to use it, though. It's a bit gentler than the power sw.

I can lay claim to having seen/used 8", 5.25 and 3.5 floppies. So, the full house!

    In WYSIWYG mode you can:

Switch back to SOURCE mode when you have pasted clipboard content; WYSIWYG editor in Edge and current forum software really isn't WYSIWYG, adding extra empty lines which makes editor look somewhat stupid.
