My update on the pro 3 seems to be stuck on 13%... restarting and shutting down has not helped... any ideas?

The two issues I am aware of are

    The shutdown-restart issue crashes
The Start screen/menu crashing if a certain option is disabled in settings
All fixed on my system too.

I don't know what it did fix. I do know it didn't fix the explorer.exe error on shutdown or restart.

Doesn't appear to have 'fixed' anything here either.

My problem described above turned out to be Flash Player related. Just after installing the MS updates yesterday, I was notified of a Flash Player update available and I downloaded and installed it but did not do a restart after. After posting above last night about the Insider Hub problem , I later noticed Windows Update wasn't working either.

This morning, I remembered that after the Flash Player update, I had a message that a restart MAY be required to properly finish the update. I did the restart this morning and both Insider Hub and Windows Update are working as they should.
