Glad you are ok. Big quake for sure. Had an acquaintance that lives in NZ Christchurch lost touch with her. Hope all is ok.
Thanks for your concern. Your acquaintance will be OK in Christchurch but she will have had a sharp awakening in the night!

Something must trigger it. I had Settings also in task manager although I have not opened it in this session.
I had Photos popping open randomly when I upgraded to the new build. Now that I've done a clean install, Settings randomly pops up for no reason.

    And your point is?

Seems like every day there's a new "popup" in this Build of Windows 10!

    Update:
Hey #WindowsInsiders: we are buried in bug bash bug triage, so no new builds today. Have a wonderful day! <3

Two instances at same time, that was unusual.

We really do need a new Build! I'm so tired of closing down stuff I didn't open! Maybe I should just leave it alone?

Inevitably, Count, I just got Photos. And . . . there was one real photograph (of last night's moon) in the whole bunch! That is the most useless thing I've seen in this Build yet!

I'm sorry some people are having problems with 'popups' with multiple apps and components. I have not had that problem on either of my test machines, but sympathize with anyone who has any problem.
