No, I tried that one and several ones but Snipping Tool is already in there and it would require only small change to work properly. I'm not very graphic art oriented so simpler, the better for me. I already modified it to my liking and but for this little thing it would be perfect.

Mike it has no permanent folder to save to, you need to point it where you want, after every screenshot,
or paste it directly into Paint.
Or, if you do not need to make any changes(cropping, blurring, or adding text) you can also just paste into the forums(if using Edge make sure Source Mode in the Editor is turned off) or Skype.

That's how I set it up too, it always defaults to Pictures (C:/Users/Count/Pictures. I know I can paste it from clipboard but than have to open another application/program, save from it etc.
Wander if there was a Registry setting for it ?. I have a folder on a secondary disk that's default for all downloaded pictures from anywhere else. Scanned stuff goes to it's own dedicated folder etc.

Run this line in command prompt (as Administrator)
    %windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -s -f -t 00
    and see if that helps.
Yes that worked, but you have to do it every time you want to shutdown ?

That means it's wrong string for for shutdown in shutdown menu. If you want you can make an icon (shortcut) on desktop or in taskbar, call it Shutdown or whatever you want and put that line as Target .
    That's what I have done. Also a Restart button with Target: %windir%\System32\shutdown.exe -R -F -T 00

14951 is on the Fast Ring, he's asking why won't his Fast Ring build 14951 update to 14955.

Foer those who won't get update fast enough, let's listen why according to a OEM system builder:
MS put priority to those who reply feed back or report bug for insider's updates.
