    Instead I did as a Hail Mary, and just turned the VM off(not shut down), reconnected and poof! Back upgrading!
    For those on bare metal, if it BSODs, try a hard shutdown, then turn your PC back on, and pray....

    Must admit this one took me by complete surprise, I was expecting it after 26th. Now real surprise would be if it updated properly instead of having to do it using ISO on USB like it happened last two times.

    hmmm, 14955 installed no problems, going through and looks like all in right place and yes, Task Manager renumbers I want details. Open it once it does right next time.

    So you got it going then... ? Good idea to test these in VM (not good for MS and driver stuff but good, nevertheless)

    @Superfly, I am an advent user of the "Hard Shutdown" I never have anything to lose, as for VMs I have checkpoints, plus an exported copy, and for hardware, I have my Macrium images, so what the heck, give it a shot

    It still hasn't come down on my Lumia 1520 that's currently on build 14951.
