Do they show up in the Recycle Bin right after you delete them? If so, recreate the Recycle Bin and reboot....see what happens. At Cmd copy/paste:
    rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin
yes they do, and it lets me empty the bin.
Sorry don't know how to recreate it

I think if you run that command and reboot it will remove the old recycle bin and recreate a new one.

That is correct. Open an Administrator Command prompt. Copy this line exactly:

    rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin

Paste it in the command and press enter. Reboot (restart) your computer. It will create a brand new fresh Recycle Bin.

After a clean install of build 14955 syncing the time (Internet Time) to Windows Time or NIST fails. It's an annoyance to have to access the Control Panel using Settings but I can live with that.

The time sync problem is SERIOUS. Anybody else seeing this??

The IP has been working pretty good so far but an "issue" I have is with Photos app, opens image files [.png and .jpg] good if they are in the Pictures Folders but quite slow when opening image files that are on External USB drives, same for videos. I reported that and the site informed me I had been made an Insider in mid-September. Started using the Technical Preview shortly after it become available.
