Their all old pictures that have been moved to other folders or deleted all together.
you cant look at them as there 0bytes, they just have the name of the picture.
these pictures were deleted before this build was installed that's the strange thing

I would run chkdsk to see whether indexes/indices need re-doing.

Do they show up in the Recycle Bin right after you delete them? If so, recreate the Recycle Bin and reboot....see what happens. At Cmd copy/paste:
rd /s /q C:\$Recycle.bin
