Nope. I can get to the page but if I try the search or help, I get the attachment below.

Are you running the insider edition?

I am running the RTM Windows 10 Home build 14293.321 and I too got the 'Vintage Web Tech..' page with Edge. However, if you type about:flags into the address box you get access to the Developers Settings. Turn off 'Use Microsoft Compatability List' and it works, turn it on again and it stops working - go figure...

My Firefox didn't work at first either. I tried clearing the cache and any Microsoft-related cookies but nothing worked. Now, after a restart of Windows my Firefox works too. Not sure what fixed it, but I'm not complaining :)

    That did the trick.

This quote below was posted by Callender in the windows 7 sister site. So maybe the first one will work for Edge browser.

Just to point out that they've actually made a new site for other browsers. It's this one:

    Microsoft Update Catalog

    PHP Code:
    http://www.catalog.update.microsoft.com/Home.aspx
The old one that still needs IE is:

    Microsoft Update Catalog

    PHP Code:
    http://catalog.update.microsoft.com/v7/site/

No, that's not it. The new address when used in Edge gets the 'vintage web tech...' message and in IE gets redirected to the old V7 address. For both Edge and IE the trick to getting them to work with Microsoft's new site is (ironically) to turn OFF 'use Microsoft compatibility lists'. In Edge that on the about:flags page, in IE its on the 'cogwheel' under 'Compatibility View settings'.

You need to use this URL to access the "open" Catalog: http://www.catalog.microsoft.com. Google still finds the old, "closed" URL which is https://catalog.microsoft.com. Makes all the difference!
Just blogged about this too: MS Opens Its Update Catalog to Non-IE Browsers - Windows Enterprise Desktop.

Works fine for me in Chrome on the latest Insider build using the "www" link.
