Just finished creating the ISO and I had no issues.

Finished ISO, going to reboot now, see you on the other side or onflip-flop ,which ever happens.
Most of things works, some needs some time (update or something - Sticky notes)
Have to try wake from sleep...
Downloading...Well, it seems as if my little "vacation" from the fast lane is over...Good thing, too, as they seem to be having no end of problematic cumulative updates for 14393...!
What was wrong with incremental updates & service packs? Eh? Microsoft pretty much had that down to a science--and then had to go and start all over again. " If it ain't broke..."--whaddy'a do, Microsoft?....
Anyway 14942 has been running exceptionally well. Additionally I note that it seems faster to simply create the iso and upgrade from there as opposed to the "flight" method--which seems to take too long, imo.
Installed fine on my PC via WU. I had to go the ISO method on my Surface Pro 2, though, as something is majorly wrong with Windows Update on that device. ISO method worked well though.
@CountMike, now time for the next OS
I prefer the look of the Ubuntu's upgrade manager/look:
And at least they ask one more time to make sure you are ready or not:
And it's much nicer, to be able to watch what's going on, and what changes are being made, than Microsoft's, timer & percent screen:
