I can't understand your attitude.
Surveys are not done for companies and organisations to get positive feedback only. That's not a reason Microsoft asks you to answer surveys after contact with customer support, nor is it reason for surveys from any other company or organisation.
To only answer surveys when you are satisfied does not help the company to monitor the quality of their service, it does not help them to find "bad apples" in their work force, it does not help other users in the future.
The worse service you feel you get, the more unhelpful it is, the more important it is to give feedback.

Came home from work to find PC blue screened, rebooted to see a roll back
Tried UG again, same result
Poked around on net, might be AV related so temp. disabled KTS at startup and retried but same result
Gave up, moved to slow ring
Then Macrium fails backup with VSS errors, fix VSS error tool doesn't work
Then realised SFC and DISM tools also fail, poked around on net trying all sorts of fixes but nothing worked
Couldn't do an in place repair as being fast ring I didn't have an ISO (I know there is a method for creating such ISOs so will need to investigate this)
Long story short, restored to before this pantomime started and all now OK
thinking about it I'm not sure why PC forced a reboot, need to look into that
I would now do on to moan about how MS throw this crap over the wall but I will lose the will to live when the fanboys berate me with the usual put downs
Good morning, Rob. For what it's worth, you're in good company with those of us who have:
Rolled back of necessity
Rolled back reluctantly
Update Fail (same as rollback)
So, pick yourself up by your boot straps and be glad your PC's still alive.
Although I was forced into a Rollback because I couldn't live with having to go through extreme measures to boot (somebody messed up big time), I'm not gonna let the fanboys rob me of my will to live. You shouldn't either.
The above was written with "tongue in cheek" . . .
Fwiw, if anyone needs any of the builds, I can make them available somehow. I used the ESD2ISO utility that Kari posted, and I always use the uncompressed .ISO format to make my .ISOs from the downloaded .ESDs. as I have gobs of storage, I have been keeping all of them from the IPs going back to 14316, IIRC.
On a lighter note, my desktop lock screen wall paper has finally started cycling with new images on this build, thankfully.
Restored a Macrium image of previous Build. Didn't install Malwarebytes. Let WU run. Success to 14942
