Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14942 for PC on Fast ring Insider

Malwarebytes installed and ran for about two seconds of downloading new definitions and the Build blue screened. This has been the most buggy build for me since joining the Insider programme. Is anyone experiencing trouble with nvidia drivers

I just tried Edge again and it is slow starting but it works fine and I don't user Malwarebytes so that's not an issue for me.

One thing I did notice the other day when the build came down is AMD catalyst doesn't open.. not a big issue for me right now. The default settings work just fine for what I do.

Edge opens instantaneously and AMD Catalyst works ok.

Edge opens fast but loading two pages seems to be when it slows down.

Edit: I just reinstalled the AMD driver and it fixed the issue.

It failed and went back to previous Windows on my desktop, but installed just fine on the laptop. I'll have to manually upgrade instead on the desktop.

EDIT: Failed again. Time to clean install to this build.

Mine failed at least 10 times today. Always back to 14936.

I tried double clicking on the exe. file in $Windows ~ BT but nothing.
How do I manually install, if possible?

Besides the "no wake up from sleep" issue, I discovered that I can't sign into Xbox; it's all messed up when I play as guest and my Logitech mouse pointers wouldn't stay set the way I wanted them.

So, it was time for the rollback.

I saw a few mentions of uninstalling MBAM. It's gone and now I will try 14952
