    I was intending to wait until Tuesday to see if the .223 update came down then, but I got antsy and applied the .msu file. It took a while, but went to completion without incident, and now I'm at .223. (I had already done the workaround and gotten .222 installed.)

    i'm assuming with 760 megs this has everything from the other cumulative updates?

    If WU is working correctly it should be cataloging your already-installed updates prior to downloading the next cumulative update, and only downloading the ones which were not previously installed.
