so then its being staggered accordingly
California will be one of the last places to get it ..

could be worth a try changing time zone in about 8 hours to see what happens, but it could be tied into MS id also if one is used

I don't wanna change the time . . . I'm already two hours ahead of Redmond. :)

When going to the MS page seen at Windows 10 Pro and Windows 10 Enterprise for your business you are given a specific time for you simply by going by the countdown there.

I'm not surprised since OEMs would be the ones other then MSDN subscribers to see 10 come first as an automatic download. As for custom builds without all of the OEM "Bloatwares" we have a full year so now rush for the rest of us! But like I was mentioning before MS would intentionally split groups up so that the downloads are varying times to avoid server bottle necks where you end up with a log jam and nobody can download.
21hrs. 49min here presently.

I was tempted earlier, but now I see 10 downloading just going to let it do its stuff, don't want to risk breaking anything :)

I have 3 PC's to upgrade, so i have setup one of them to +14 GMT so less then 3 hours, will notify if its going to get it.

I have the Windows-BT downloaded through WU on both my Win7 & Win8.1U machines, and have created the ISO and burned it, thanks to Jimmy!
