Gosh Golleeee....! Now Days: 1 Hours: 9 Minutes 48 even! and still the "anticipation" lingers on...!

The counter shows as you say about 8am on Wednesday Redding, Washington time Pacific.

I can imagine that various locations actually around the globe will be getting that in very soon. MS won't want everybody globally trying to download from Redding servers at the exact same time so for various location outside of the US you may see 10 available a day sooner. It wouldn't be a day later for sure since "Everybody" that will be after 10 will be on then!

looks like local time, mine is showing as 7:30 for the release time (11:30pm 27th Pacific Time)
