I have that memory error every time I shut the pc down. Any fix? Or should I just wait for 10134?
Not sure if it will help your situation, but this solved the shutdown error for me. I was having it on clean installs of 10077, 10120 and 10130.
Mine was related to virtual memory/pagefile settings...
Right click My/This Computer -->Properties-->System Protection-->Advanced-->Performance-->Settings-->Advanced-->Virtual Memory-->Change-->Uncheck Automatically manage-->highlight OS drive-->Select custom size and change to:
    custom size target ~3072MB (min 2048MB - max 4096MB

It's same error as i had in windows 8.1
Application error in Explorer.exe when you shut down or restart Windows
You receive the following error message when Windows 8.1 or Windows Server 2012 R2 is shutting down:explorer.exe - Application Error
The instruction at <memory address> referenced memory at <memory address>. The memory could not be "<read or write>".
Click on OK to terminate the program.

Note The shutdown process continues after the error message is displayed. The error does not harm the computer, and it can be safely ignored.

This issue occurs when you right-click the Start tip or press the Windows key+X keyboard shortcut, and then you use the Shut down or sign out option to shut down or restart Windows.

Yep, that's the error I had showing too. The pagefile/virtual memory fix solved it for me. Now there are no issues with shutdown or restart.

Bummer...hopefully MS will issue a permanent fix for it without having to tweak pf/vm at all. I know each machine is different beast...

Had that error first couple of sign outs but not any more.
Oh, btw, by accident I found out that W10 doesn't care (unlike previous windows) if SATA is set to IDE or AHCI, works ether way without complaint.

Really? I reimaged my SSD with 7 and updated everything and got the offer at the next reboot(I then imaged 10IP on an old 5400rpm HDD)
