Thanks. I hadn't seen the "What's new..." because I came upon the change via a notification in Action Center instead of the actual Feedback Hub app.

It's not widely published, but there is an experimental new Store App featuring a Hololens Cement Truck.

Using Intel chipset setup, Build 14931 goes to a black screen with the mouse arrow. There is no way to escape except to hard reset.
