So, has Cortana ever actually spoken to anyone? I think I remember Cortana speaking in an early build, maybe 9926, but she's been silent for me ever since, no matter if I do an upgrade or a clean install.
I had it working and I need to try it again. I just tried it in build 10130 and it speaks to me.

Seems to me that this version/build of Windows 10 is VERRRRRY SLOW, compared to other versions. I tried to do a couple of tasks and open the browser as same time and it takes for ever to get browser to open. Repeated attempts demonstrated this slowness. I don't have this problem with Windows 8.1 and hope this is a transient problem with Windows 10 in this build. I have not noticed this before. Anyone else noticed this?
Mine seems to take a long time to boot up and get to my desktop. This is the only PC I have that doesn't have an SSD in it but still seems slow. I tried to uninstall some Apps, and that seemed to take forever.

I have the Reader App on my install?

I haven't tried with this build, but could never get her to talk in any of the previous builds I've tried.

It seems like they did and that's a good think. That was more of an app and not that good. I use Foxit reader and it's exelent.
Jeff, the "orange" one only popped up if I didn't have my default PDF reader installed; once that was done, my PDF reader took over. Not so now with Edge. No matter whether I have my default reader of choice installed or not, I have to jump through hoops to make it my default! Same with Firefox, which I much prefer; Microsoft has made Edge the default! Even when 10122 (which had Firefox as my default browser) was updated to 10130, Microsoft changed my default Firefox and made Edge the default!

That is not nice, Microsoft! Changing my default apps that I clearly prefer to something I do not is tantamount to hijacking my computer! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Whew, glad to get that out into the open!

There is truth in that statement(notice I didn't say "Some truth").

Reader App, the native Windows 10 PDF Reader is still there in builds 10122 and 10130 and working just fine, being a very practical and easy to use PDF reader:
Thanks, Kari. Good to know, although I won't be using it. For now I'll install Adobe's reader, whatever the name they're using now. Once Windows 10 RTM's I'll install my Nuance OmniPage; reason being that if you have too many installs, you have to call Nuance and explain yourself.

I tried calling them ahead of time and telling them I'm testing Windows 10, but the gal I talked to didn't really understand.

Going to the Store I see it now, didn't earlier. If it isn't installed as part of the OS I will move on to something else to read the pdf files.

So I found an arrangement on the SP3 that'll have to do until they make it so we're not bound by some stupid arbitrary grid.

The auto-hide taskbar doesn't stay hidden. After restarting Explorer, calling upon the start menu results in a persistent task bar even if auto hide is enabled.

    This is on the pc.

My screenshot is from a Build 10130 virtual machine just after it's first boot after the installation have not yet installed anything from the store, the Reader app is natively there. Just type Reader in search, you'll find it.

So I now have 10130 installed, I went very smooth with the mount option upgrade. To answer Blackrose, Cortana is functioning great for me(first thing I tested to give you an answer). I've been using it 15 minutes now and so far no problems. In fact this is the fastest cleanest upgrade I've had so far. In fact store apps live tile worked off the bat too! No resync required. Also the system32 icons are behaving again(no over sized fuzzy Tribbles any more):
